You know, summer can be so stressful for us, dogs.
Daily walks with so many smelly spots, so many rabbits to chase, so many sounds with birds, cars, people, so many swimmings at the beach, so many friends to play with, ...
Ugh, dogs' life can be so harsh...
Y'all knows that after all those adventures, we need to take a good nap on the fresh tiles, and when we finaly wake up, we're so tired, sleepy, and numb...
That's why I'm gonna show ya my friends 3 daily stretching exercices that will helps you start your day all relaxed!

1: The rising moon
Rise your butt up, stretching your whole body rearward. Put your head up, your belly and chest should touch the ground!

2: The paraplegic howl
Bring your body forward without moving your paws. Your butt should looks like a flat pelt on the ground! Rise and roll your tail on your back!
Stretch your head up, howling like a baby wolf to catch everybody's attention. You're so gracefull, the entire world should see that!

3: The tunnel
Bring your rearlegs forward, close to your frontlegs. Rise your back up as high as you can! A train would easily pass under your belly! Obviously, do not forget
to yawn looouuuuuudly, to make sure the entire world now knows that you're waking up!

Here ya go! You're ready to move on 3 meters to reach the fresh ground, litteraly throw your body on the ground and sleep 1 or 2 more hours before to resume the exercices!
